Eye Consultants of Syracuse participates with most major medical insurance carriers and Medicare at both its Syracuse and Fulton offices. If your plan isn't listed, please call before your visit so we can verify your benefits.

Before your appointment
To help us process your visit smoothly, please:
- Bring your insurance card and photo ID to every visit
- Confirm whether your plan requires a referral from your primary care doctor
- Be prepared to pay any co-pay at check-in
- Let us know if you have secondary insurance

Vision insurance
We do not accept vision insurance plans directly. However, for eyewear and contact lenses purchased through our Optical Shop and Contact Lens Shop, we're happy to provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your vision carrier for reimbursement. Questions? Call (315) 422-4412.
