What are punctal plugs?
Punctal plugs are tiny inserts placed in the tear ducts to slow tear drainage, keeping your own natural tears on the eye's surface longer. Placement is done in our office. Whether plugs, prescription drops, lid treatment, or specialty lenses fit your case is determined at your evaluation.
