Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — both our Syracuse and Fulton offices welcome new patients. Call (315) 422-4412 (Syracuse) or (315) 592-2444 (Fulton), or schedule through our patient portal any time of day. Our staff will verify your insurance and find an appointment time that works for you.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Excellus BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, MVP, Fidelis, Wellcare, and AARP plans. If you don't see your plan listed or you're unsure about your coverage, call (315) 422-4412 and our staff will check for you before your first visit.
What's the difference between seeing your MDs and ODs?
Our team includes five board-certified ophthalmologists (MDs) and an optometrist (OD). Routine exams may be with either; if an exam reveals something that needs medical or surgical care — cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye, and more — you're already in a practice that treats it, with no referral runaround.
